Nov 17th 1990- 34-22 in Jackson
Nov 16th 1991- 28-19 in Baton Rouge
Oct 23rd 1999-17-16 in Starkville (infamous phantom TD on 4th....I actually thought he got in on 3rd down)

I wish I knew the last time LSU lost a home opener.

I'm gonna go out now and kill a rabbit just for one its feet and look for 4 leaf clovers over the weekend. I've already got in trouble at work for tossing salt around the office. Any other lucky charm ideas?

I think if you got Jefferson, Ridley, and Randall all together next Thursday night. Planted some cocaine, mary jane, and a few funny bills on them. Then called the police. We would have a helluva lot of luck next Saturday.

As is......I think I have a better shot of getting in the conservative christian married Carrie Underwood's pants next weekend than State does winning in Red Stick.

Yes, they went 9-3 (5-3), but they were fortunate to get there. They still have no offense. Jordan Jefferson is their best offensive weapon, and while he's probably underrated, he can't carry them. Their defense is good, but not great.

They are very beatable.

amd I hear people saying we have a better chance at beating LSU than we do Aub or Georgia. Thats just wrong. Jefferson is not their best weapon- **** there is talk of Lee playing some this Saturday. Riddley and those WR's are their best weapons. LSU may not be a Jacksonville State or anything, but they are still a pretty good football team. They have to win @Vandy, then home for 3 straight vs us, WV, and Tennessee- they will be favored in all 4 games.

****, Auburn was beatable- but that's easier said then done. I just dont understand the Rebel fanbase talking down LSU like they are about to go 4-8 and will be an easy win for them in BR, but they cant even beat J-State at home. We may pull it off, but it's going to be hard as hell for us to get it done

if it weren't for the curse of Jackie (see 1992, 1994, 1998, 2000) then I'd say it was 50/50 game. <div>
</div><div>UNC exposed LSU's D and their crappy coaching staff. They could have 8 wins because they do have some talented players, but they could also be 6-6.</div><div>
</div><div>We'll probably lose by 7 in a fairly close game.</div>

except they lack some depth. LSU was playing some back-ups on D when the comeback started. If LSU beats us, they will start the season 5-0- Tenn and WV wont beat them. ****, WV almost lost at Marshall tonight. And thats 5-0 with McNeese, Monroe, and Mississippi still to come to BR.
