What are the Motivators?

OK... Everyone has motivators in their job/career. Is is interesting to think about what may be a typical head coaches job motivators. As I am thinking about a typical coach a few come to mind. Here is my list. I bet it is pretty close. What are your thoughts? Any wild guesses on what Mullen's motivators are?

1. Prestige/Ego
2. Money
3. Job Security
4. Support
5. Innovation
6. Teamwork/ Quality Support Staff</p>
