That album is pure genius. An absolute mind blower IMO.
Just FYI, the link you posted to it is fvcked. It really DOES come across as deaf dumb and blind. Not sure what the issue is with it.

It's as if somebody set out to make a listenable and smart version of Bitches Brew (half kidding, because I've come to like BB, but it isn't anywhere near the level of this)

I saw her at Headliners in Louisville and she was much better than I'd already thought she would be. A very imoressive artist ... !!
Just got some King Gizard tickets for next years Asheville show. Most excited I've been about a show in a long time. Locked in on this stuff for the evening!
I've met him a couple of times. Shorter than I would have thought but he was cool as could be.
Listening to Eva Cassidy. A lot of emotion in her voice. Such a shame she died back in the 90s from bone cancer at a young age. Horrible and painful way to go.
Liquid Swords is a concept of being lyrically sharp, flowing like liquid metal – mercury, y'know? It comes from this flick, Legend of the Liquid Sword, where people would get their head cut off but it would still be on their shoulders. No one else would notice, because the sword was so sharp. Wu-Tang is a sword style, and this here is the sharpest. I'd rather slip on the pavement than slip on my tongue.

I was really excited for an Andre 3000 jazz album, but so far, this aint it. Pretty disappointed. If you like ambient droning, this is for you! Or if you own a yoga studio or need something for your dimly lit reception area.
Good stuff ... I LOVE those live sets on KEXP ... there are so MANY of them !!
