What are you looking for at the presser?

I'm looking for a couple things: a) hearing from our AD the qualities which led him to hire Ray over over applicants b) how Ray plans to be successful in the sort-term - which is going to be ridiculously difficult, but I hope to hear an outline of a plan

edit to add: I'd like to hear about how he plans to better engage the fanbase so that our atmosphere at the Hump grows back to at least what it used to be.

on his out of bounds interview. they asked him specific questions and he didn't avoid any of them.

He didn't sugar coat anything. Straight honest answers. Of course he hasn't had any issues come up under his watch yet. That will be interesting to see how he reacts whent that time comes. But I liked what I heard. Just hope it carries over to the coaching side
