Here's how I see the SEC Bowls playing out. I might be wrong on some of this so let me know.

-Out of these first three, two of them get a BCS bowl and the loser of the SEC championship gets Capitol One Bowl. If Auburn beats Mizzou and somehow jumps Ohio State then everyone moves up in order and Auburn is in the NC.

Auburn 11-1 BCS (maybe NC)
Missouri 11-1 BCS
Alabama 11-1 Capitol One (Maybe BCS)

Outback and Cotton get the next two but pick at the same time. Outback usually takes east and Cotton usually west.

South Carolina 10-2 -Outback (maybe Cotton)
LSU 9-3 -Cotton (maybe Outback)

With 3 8-4 teams it will get interesting. Peach gets the next pick and will pick either A&M or Georgia (most likely Georgia). Gator will get the other one (A&M). That leaves Vandy as the next best pick for the Music City Bowl. I really doubt they want anything to do with Vandy so they pick Ole Miss. (really sucks that Vandy might get really screwed in all of this.)

A&M 8-4 -Gator (maybe Peach)
Georgia 8-4 -Peach (maybe Gator)
Mississippi 7-5 -Music City

I dont know who get's the first pick out of Liberty or BBVA. The first pick would have to pick Vandy because they are two games ahead of us. (may be wrong with this). Obviously, we get either Liberty of BBVA,

Vandy 8-4 - Liberty (maybe BBVA)
MSU 6-6 - BBVA (maybe Liberty)

Sound analysis.

It's too bad there doesn't seem to be a way for only 1 SEC team to get a BCS bid. Shreveport would just be a much more interesting locale/opponent than Memphis or Birmingham.

Birmingham has a huge MSU alum base, so in that sense I think it would be a fun time for all who attend... but I really don't want to play WKU, Pitt, Temple, or Rutgers. Cincy? Meh. UNC? Ok. Indy has better tie-ins.

Here's how I see it going down.

Auburn - Mizzou Winner - NC/BCS
Alabama - BCS (bama will still only have one loss and will be ranked above the loser)

Auburn - Mizzou loser - Capitol One

LSU - Cotton bowl (they pick a west team almost always)
Carolina - Outback (they pick an east team almost always)

Bowls want that out of town revenue. Georgia isn't going to be in the peach and Vandy isn't going to be in the music city.

Vandy - Peach
A&M - Gator
Georgia - Music City (unless Ga Tech is selected)

Ole Miss goes to Memphis, we go to Birmingham.

That might happen, but think about this.....

The Peach Bowl gets first pick out of Peach, Gator and Music City. Why would they pick Vandy before A&M? Vandy would still bring less fans.

And then Gator gets to pick. They certainly are not concerned with the fact that the Music City Bowl will be faced with a choice of whether to pick an 8-4 Vandy or a 7-5 Ole Miss. They will go with what's best for their bottom line. A&M and Georgia are both better choices. Even though Georgia just came to Jacksonville a few months earlier. Vandy might get royally screwed in all of this.

Also, doesn't BBVA get pick before Liberty this year?

Missouri-Auburn loser - Capitol One
LSU - Cotton
South Carolina - Outback
Texas A&M - Peach

Good analysis, but I'm 99 percent sure Bama won't be left out of BCS

Orange may get best game Bama Clemson. And I'm 100 percent sure no bowl that can will pass up Johnny Football. If peach picks before gator they are taking Aggies.

this is my guess too. That keeps everybody from a repeat bowl location at the low end (where fans might be hesitant to drop coin two years in a row) and avoids home town selections to maximize economic impact of the bowls, and recognizes that jff is still a good enough draw to make sure a&am is picked as early as can be justified. The only question I have is will gator want uga on what has turned into a disappointing year, since they play in Jacksonville every year. But it seems like the best option for the gator regardless.
