shouldn't shock any of us that Louisville is heading down the UNC path. Athletics runs that university much like it does in Chapel Hill.
If I remember correctly the UL self reported to the NCAA.
However, there is one issue UL is not happy about.
The standard protocol usually works like this:
School self reports.
School investigates.
School submits finding to the NCAA.
Then the NCAA decides what to investigate.
In this case, the NCAA did not wait and opened an investigation immediately.
This has to piss people off.
