So, what does this mean? All peoples involved could have to testify under oath? Or just that Katina is going to be investigated?
It doesn't mean anything. That is just someone saying what they have to say (and how they presumably feel). Unless she literally walks in to the police station and says I pimpd out my underage daughters, there is never going to be a prosecution regarding this scandal. The problem for Louisville is the NCAA and public perception.

What other recruits were named in the book? All I have came up with is..

Blakeney and Terry Rozier.

I figured there would be many more. Have I misse some?

I think there were a couple more, but people are focusing too much on the recruit aspect of this. It is important, perhaps primarily because it presents the best opportunity for the NCAA to find corroboration from people not beholden to UofL. The real NCAA problem for Louisville is "impermissible benefits" to current players. The allegations are that there were nearly two dozen parties paid for that nearly all involved current players during the relevant time period. If proven true (to the NCAA's rather arbitrary burden of proof), that would likely render some players retroactively ineligible (e.g., Camby at UMass), which would then put records, games, a title, etc. in jeopardy.

OMG yes... Yes yes.......... No I wasn't just at a UL recruiting visit . I'm talking about the Commonwealth attorney and if they try to press charges, everyone will get involved and go to trial.

If she goes to trial, she's more likely to show the rest of the proof and bring the house down out of spite

Greenberg is awful to listen to. He just rambles on and on without really saying anything. As for the earlier question, Jones said they contacted him. He's been on that show a couple times before.

Whatever happens to UL, they deserve more. If Rick loses his job, too bad. After Cal got here, UL is an after thought to most UK fans. With or without Rick at UL, we will continue beating the cards. Life couldn't be any better as a Kentucky fan.

Greenberg's wanting to see the tapes? How long does this idiot think schools would keep tapes? Be lucky if they kept them a month but 1 year, 2 years, 3 years? Laughable.

Powell Quote: "....When I would ask (McGee), 'Does Pitino know about this?' he would laugh and say, 'Rick knows about everything.'"

Anyone who believes Pinito's didn't know about this is sad. It went on for a few years, do people really think he's not informed about his players and where/what recruits were doing on their visits. You know someone thanked him for the party.

Plus no way that guy bank rolled this himself, just too much for him to afford. Who paid for it? Someone with a lot of extra money. Who, I don't know but someone did.

I work in Louisville with several UL fans, and the gnashing of teeth is delightful.

One guy just said something out of the blue in frustration like "why is she doing this to us?" One other guy just keeps calling her a greedy *****.

Best day I've had since I moved to Louisville three plus years ago.

This is close to the truth. I worked for a large corporation in a retail environment and we had 31 tapes that was recorded over each month. Unless it was cloud storage, I doubt there will be any video tapes.

Now, phone records might be out there. Emails might be good source for records and wire transfers of money.

This is a point I think makes pitino in the "know". The fact this happened on campus in the basketball dorm, under strict surveillance. If it wasn't safe to have these boinking parties in the dorm then they would have held these magic shows off campus.
Bottom line is either they knew pitino is so disconnected from the program they can pull this off for four years right under his nose (BS IMO) or pitino knew everything just like this hooker said in her beautiful novel.

yeah, Jones has been on SEC Network on Finebaum and on OTL several times (cannot remember specific topics). He really benefited nationally from UK's race after 40-0 last year as he was the go to guy on UK basketball.

I am not so sure Pitino is gone. His ego and the delusional Louisville fans won't allow it. They did hire Hurt with a show cause penalty.

To all the Louisville fans that say Pitino shouldn't be held responsible for any of this, then you no longer have a right to include Cal in the Camby or Rose fiasco's. It doesn't only go one way.

Except it's even worse. The Camby and Rose situations were individual players acting outside the rules. In the UL case, it was the Director of Basketball Operations actually providing impermissible benefits! (allegedly) So, you're right, but surely a coach is even more culpable when the circumstances involve one of his staff members.
