Cady was awesome on radio today , he seems like an old no nonsense type and I like that. Seemed credible and solid in his interview , that spells doom for louisville.

Ok, so now we have that shred of evidence I said could put UL way down deep in Dantes 9 circles of hell. There is now every reason for the stare attorney to open a case of trafficking minors which would blow everything up. McGee would be wise to negotiate the best deal he can and let the chips fall where they may. This will get uglier, if that was even possible. Now I do believe UL will get a 1 year death penalty and may lose their banner. How dumb can these people possibly be.

A brief observation about the 'Ramsey' statement: It was terribly written, and edited by real amateurs. In a three paragraph release that purports to be a fresh statement of the university's position, he starts the first and third graph with "As I (we) stated..." That's bad writing and bad thinking. No one wants to read again stuff already stated.

The middle graph is a boilerplate back-pat to an AD who may well be toppled by this roiling scandal. There are plenty of scenarios under which Jurich won't survive. So that endorsement is a strategic error a smart, sophisticated leader would avoid.

The Cards need an adult managing this crisis for them. UNC-CHeats at least was savvy enough to spend millions of dollars on first-rate truth spinners.

You guys are momentarily forgetting the deal here. They - Jurich,Ramsey,Pitino - are entrenched in this town. There is no media, no one, to hold them to account. The bubble they live in is thick. Of course Ramsey fully supports Jurich. Soon we'll hear that Jurich fully supports Pitino. It's Potemkin Villages all the way down......

I am still here and I am a man of my word. I saw where Howie pretty much conceded that this happened and as I said yesterday, he needs to be removed from the radio and his position with the rivals site. He provides a lot of what we think is good information to us fans and if he can't be trusted, he doesn't need to be involved in reporting. He flat out said that nothing happened and it seems he was wrong. I don't like to be lied to and I will find it hard to trust him from here on out. He needs to go in my opinion.

I haven't heard anything from John Ramsey yet but he was convinced yesterday that nothing happened. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and time today to provide an explanation of where he's at. He may have some proof that this didn't happen that we haven't seen or thought of yet. If so, I will rethink my stance. If he concedes that this happened as well, he also needs to be removed in my opinion.

I still hold true on my opinion that this is not a subject worthy of being made fun of by the rival fan base. Being that minors were involved and this is such a sick and twisted story, anyone taking joy in this story is a sick SOB. Plain and simple. I am not running and hiding from this and stand by what I've said.

Well, it's not entirely improbable. The NCAA already knows what they need to know. They could have threatened the kid to tell them it happened or he would lose his eligibility. Obviously he wants to play so he tells them what they want to hear. Is it likely? I don't know but it is possible.

There's no real proof that a minor is involved either, that would have to be a seperate investigation..it said she was 15 in 2010, consenting age is 16 in KY. So after that yr, there's nothing criminal in that aspect. Plus, Katina and the others were of legal age, therefore joke on you again. I know your praying she'll get punished..but even then, prostitution is a misdemeanor. Your sick, win at all cost athletics program just got caught doing the most louisville thing ever..being sleazy was never a secret. Hopefully Jurich is next so we, the state, can attempt to take back over our arena next.
