Has UL opened themselves up for a recruits parents to file a civil suit against the university,Jurich,Pitino and Ramsey stating they accepted an invitation to officially visit the university and trusted that their son would be safe. And now they know their child has been exposed to prostitutes and felt pressured to participate? Is there a ligament argument here or is there not?

Hah, you're talking about the original architect of UNC athletics...you know that right? Swofford is a complete waste of time interviewing. He never saw or wondered about any wrongdoings as the AD.

While I totally understand where you're coming from, I remember what Kentucky was before Pitino got here and what he did for this university. I will forever be grateful for that and I will still have some respect for him because of it. Coach Pitino doesn't have hate for Kentucky, I'm sure just the opposite. He has always said he made a mistake in leaving and I truly hope he will be welcomed back once he retires.

I am old enough to remember those times with Sutton, but young enough to remember idolizing Coach Pitino and his teams at UK. I just dreamed that I would be good enough to play at UK for Coach Pitino.

In saying that, I do disagree with a lot of what's happened to him these past few years. I hated to see his image and most Kentucky fans image of him go down the tubes.

I just went to their scout board to see what their own fans were saying. We need to pray for those people. How sad! At least 90% of them act like its no big deal and the truth will come out in the end. Is the guy MD226226 a real UL fan? When I read his post I was laughing my tail off thinking he was doing a horrible job at trolling. Then like the next 5 posts all agree with him and that he's solved the mystery and knows exactly how this all got started. It's the saddest thing I've seen in forever. They need prayer you guys. There's no way they're that stupid. I refuse to believe that.

I agree with that, and the domination by Cal will continue. I Just want him gone because he'll make them a Final 4 contender most years for however much longer he's there. Their 2013 title made me physically ill. They would be on a 30 year title drought if he had been fired after the Sypher scandal. You think they're gonna be able to get a coach who would make them a contender most years? Hell to the Naw. They'd be lucky to find one good enough that would make them a perennial top15 team. He's that good, Not as good as Cal, but he's still a helluva motivator and coach. They can't get a coach remotely as good as him. The only ones that are (Cal, K, Roy, and Self) are all at their last coaching jobs, and Donovan and Brad Stevens are in the NBA.

I know what caused all of this at UL. As the warden said in Cool Hand Luke, "What we have here is a failure to communicate." Pitino failed to communicate to McGee that he wanted clean white girls to start with.

Do they not realize that even if by some miracle these little fairy tales of theirs are true, there is still a very big problem. Have they forgotten that one of these "girls" was 15 years old?

So if they are willing to admit to the stripping and sex but without pay, then they are still admitting to the UofL players performing these acts with a 15 year old child. Do they not realize this?

It is difficult to imagine that Megee acted alone. If I were him, even if true that he acted alone, I would say that it was encouraged and people turned a blind eye. I am going to save myself as best that I can (I am an employee doing what I was told). Or, if I felt it would be swept under the rug, I would deny everything and stick with the story that it is just a company and writer/***** trying to make a buck.

I also believe that RP did not know, I can't imagine why he would take that risk. But, why did Nixon accept the Watergate break-in when he had an overwhelming lead as well? So, anything is possible.

I saw Matt Jones article how this isn't good for Kentucky because it will diminish the rivalry. I guess I will have to suffer with that outcome because I am enjoying it way too much right now.

They can play these little games among themselves, but serious adults, heck even the NCAA, will see right past them.

So far UL "leadership" doesn't seem to be handling it well either. I hope this continues, because I would LOVE to see that championship banner pulled down.

McGee is likely keeping quite because thats the only way he stays out of jail. If its his word against hers he doesn't have to go to prison.
