How many days before the ul minions acknowledge this and start calling that recruit a liar? Even though their school admits it now, some still want to say there were no sex acts. MUST>>>NOT>>>>GIVE IN>>>> TO THE TRUTH>>>>MUST HOLD >>>>STRONG ON AGENDA>>>>>

Why is Pitino's lawyer located in Kansas City, the same city that McGee moved to?

I wouldn't read too much into that. NCAA headquarters was in the Kansas City area up until around 1999. A lot of attorneys that specialize in NCAA matters are still based there as a result.

The funniest part about alot of those excerpts from Rileys tweets is that it didn't actually persuade many to go to the school there. Embarrassing, diseases, and awkward were all words of worthy of note from the recruits and characteristics of UL itself to be honest.

This was the last thread on the first page. It would be unthinkable for it to fall off the 1st page.

A lot of times the person who is hawking about something is doing that himself. My grandpa always said, when 2 people are in an elevator and one farts, the "smeller is always the feller"

The University of Louisville has formally disputed one of the four allegations levied against its men's basketball program and challenged three elements of another charge, according to the school's response to the NCAA released Wednesday.

As expected, U of L contested the NCAA's fourth allegation, which stated that Cards head coach Rick Pitino "violated NCAA head coach responsibility legislation" as a result of infractions committed by former director of basketball operations Andre McGee from 2010-14.

"The university believes that Coach Pitino fostered a culture of NCAA compliance within the basketball program and exercised appropriate supervisory oversight of McGee," said U of L's response to the NCAA. "McGee's furtive conduct was not detectable by reasonable monitoring practices, as McGee purposefully intended to avoid detection."

The NCAA's enforcement staff has 60 days to file its reply to U of L's response, which the school sent on Jan. 17. The NCAA's Committee on Infractions will begin reviewing the case materials after that, and a hearing date is typically set about 30-45 days after the enforcement staff issues its counterarguments.

"To say that Calipari never had an NCAA issue or didn't know what was going on in his program is like saying Microsoft didn't know about the dreaded Xbox 360 Ring of Death. This is the same Kentucky program that has been at the center of NCAA sanctions no less than five times in its rich history. Don't worry about that?

Calipari is the only man ever to roam the earth that had two Final Four banners confiscated. He even beat out the Godfather of NCAA scrutiny, Jerry Tarkanian.

But don't worry. Calipari's relationship with the highly influential street agent World Wide Wes isn't a problem. They only trades cooking recipes, not recruits. Surely the NCAA won't look at that. Memphis lost 38 victories, a runner-up trophy, their Final Four appearance, banners, and a few million dollars, but don't you sweat it, Kentucky. You, too, can have a vacated Final Four just like Memphis and UMass."

Let's see a link pal. Anyone can place a graphic and paste some text. You do know that UofL has more probations than UK now right?

You card fans are delusional. You really want a list of all the crap that's gone on the past decade?? And you're comparing that to Camby getting money from an agent off campus during the summer with Cal self reporting and Rose MAYBE cheating on the SAT before even committing. You're comparing 4 years ON CAMPUS with an assistant coach organizing in a monitored dorm?! The last year he wasn't even on staff and he set all this up by himself with no knowledge by Mr micro management?!

You card fans are either the dumbest fothermuckers on earth or the most delusional! Lol

I have no doubts it happens and I hope they get slammed but I'm not naive enough to think this doesn't occur everywhere. Some are just better at hiding it.

I've got news for you, most Universities and a majority of human beings find that paying hookers to have sex with minor underage recruits is not only morally wrong, against the law,but a very sick, twisted act of pedophilia

I've heard of coeds showing recruits a good time, but I believe hookers aren't commonly used. Well except for at UL that is.

I believe both UNC and UL are going to get hammered,UNC may not get what they actually deserve (The Death Penalty),but will get hit hard going by the NCAA's recent show of having balls after all.
Dirty Redbirds haven't got a leg to stand on,they are caught redbird handed with cash in hand and whores in the dorm.

Double talk and dragging things out is the NCAA way when dealing with schools it does not want to hurt. Nothing major will happen to either UNC or UL. Scum rises to the top of a dung heap.

I thought that at least 2 recruits that went elsewhere Antonio Blakeney and JaQuan Lyle admitted that McGee handed them stacks of dollar bills for the strippers already?

They did but this tweet made right sound like the recruit got money period. For himself. I've seen where whoever it was said that it was for the hookers though and that the tweet was incorrect.

Exactly. They are all about blurring lines and making excuses when it's them while making ish up and getting into minute details when it's Cal or us!

As far as I'm concerned, handing money to a recruit for a hooker or to run buy some new bling with is the same thing, giving money to a recruit illegally.

I have a question for the legal experts on here. Why isn't the AG involved? If one buys a beer for a 17 year old it is a crime. Powell's quote that McGee asked if any of her girls wanted "side deals"certainly inplies solicitation of prostitution. I am not talking tin hat theories here, just the legal justification for not bringing a grand jury indictment. Could they be waiting on the NCAAs evidence? Sure would love to see McGee under oath.

This shows the difference in the education from each school. unc was taught to never admit anything and deny, deny, deny (Except for one past player but they silenced him.) u of smell, well, they couldn't help but admit it as they never had that good of an education to begin with. At least unc tutors taught the players what not to say. unc skates and u of smell....uh ah..gets the shaft. (I think)
