Just using common sense one can see the differences and how the Sandusky case was outside the NCAA. UL's case is dead center within the NCAA's eligibility rules . Their blind faith to Pitino and Jurich and the program has made them complete idiots............

Another funny aspect is that UL is on probation for 4 years. The scandals that university has on a monthly basis........ the odds of them fudging up and getting in trouble again are like at 99% right now lol
