that our yards per game went down last year. Maybe because our defense was better and we were able to get a shorter field more often. I don't know.

I've always felt like points per game was the best indicator of how good your offense was/is. Reason I say that is because how often do you see an offense that can move the ball between the 20's struggle in the red zone, but they have to settle for field goals or come up empty?

The sad thing is those two years, we weren't averaging much more than 100ypg through the air either. When you go back and look at some of those Crxxm teams, it's just mind-boggling that any team could be that bad.</p>
