What Class 1 schools do not have JV football?

Two that I am aware of are Lancaster and King & Queen Central? Did Lancaster start and then dissolve? I'm pretty sure that Sussex and Franklin do not have JV as well. How about Middlesex?

I'm not sure if it was a one game situation or not, but Colonial Beach canceled their game with the King William JV team a couple weeks ago because of lack of players. I know Middlesex didn't have one last year, but I'm not 100% certain on this year. Charles City is playing a 3 game schedule.
