85% of those infected wore mask. That's funny, my work requires every person to wear a mask at all times, and the infection rate pretty much matches the national average. So maybe, just maybe, such a small personal sample size means nothing...

Feels nice when it is cold out and your car engine hasn’t warmed up enough to start putting out heat.I laugh my *** off every time I see some dolt wearing a mask, alone, in their car. A friend of mine said it best: if I see you alone in a car with a silly mask on, I'm going to assume it's your way of trying to stop yourself from licking the windows.
It's the ones you see driving alone, even in a warm car, on a beautiful day, etc, that I'm talking about.Feels nice when it is cold out and your car engine hasn’t warmed up enough to start putting out heat.
False. Made upI believe it was found that 85% of those infected wore mask.
Or maybe they simple forgot to take it off. Maybe they are making a stop a short distance away. Maybe it’s a way not to forget the mask when they stop somewhere. Maybe it’s no ones business if they wear a mask anywhere they go.I laugh my *** off every time I see some dolt wearing a mask, alone, in their car. No one's business? Really? What a terrific idea!!!Or maybe they simple forgot to take it off. Maybe they are making a stop a short distance away. Maybe it’s a way not to forget the mask when they stop somewhere. Maybe it’s no ones business if they wear a mask anywhere they go.
It’s easy to forget when you get used to wearing it for 8 hours a day, five days a week. I forget to take it off all the time when I leave work. It's the ones you see driving alone, even in a warm car, on a beautiful day, etc, that I'm talking about.
If someone is wearing a mask in their car alone they've either:
A. Simply forgotten to take it off. (Small % IMO)
OR..........
B. They're the most gullible among us; they nervously lap up all of the fear mongering the MSM can plaster on their TV screens and their social media platforms, wondering every day they awake if THIS is the day they accidentally inhale a spore of that dreaded China virus, while in their car with the windows up, lol. Hey!!!!! A Covid spore COULD come through the ventilation, ya never know!!!!
Anyone who does this would also be open to the suggestion of wearing one while in their own home watching the aforementioned TV, while sleeping ; hell!!!!! , NEVER take it off!!! It's too dangerous to NOT to have this piece of cloth on my face for the rest of my life!!! And thanks to all who properly "social distance", and for becoming such GOOD little puppets for your far left Socialist Overlords!!!!! Remember, we're all in this together!!!
These type of people are the ones I fear most. They'll fight someone over a damn mask, but they refuse to fight for their freedom and their right.
But yes Boston, I'm sure they also work to keep your widdle nose and pink cheeks toasty.![]()
And to the relatively healthy people who like to ***** about it being difficult to breath when wearing a mask...
Grow up and stop being a snowflake. We have numerous patients at work with breathing disorders, many of which need to carry an oxygen tank with them, that have no additional difficulties breathing while wearing a mask. If they can breathe well enough with a mask on, your softer than Charmin butt can too.
Not me boston; the second I walk outside from work I'm taking that godforsaken POS off my face, and I have to wear one 5 days a week as well, 8-12 hours a day. It’s easy to forget when you get used to wearing it for 8 hours a day, five days a week. I forget to take it off all the time when I leave work.
Maybe I'm just not as big of a snowflake as you are then. Not me boston; the second I walk outside from work I'm taking that godforsaken POS off my face, and I have to wear one 5 days a week as well, 8-12 hours a day.
Here's a bit of accurate information for the Rupp Rafters scientific community.

Remember, read all of it. Don't skim. There will be a final at the end of the semester.
I suppose, but I actually enjoy breathing the fresh, outside air, sans a "face filter".Maybe I'm just not as big of a snowflake as you are then.
It’s not fear if I forget to take it off lol.I suppose, but I actually enjoy breathing the fresh, outside air, sans a "face filter".
If I catch Covid by not wearing one in the great outdoors, then I was probably going to catch it anyway. Live life without fear my U.K brother, the air is much nicer.
I expect the “vaccines “ will cause wide spread side effects (including morbidly/mortality) - and the political class will clam down even harder
Exactly..............my daughter says that she will home school her kids........only a very small percentage of children get the Wuflu..........those that do get slammed........who would want to put their child at risk? Who would want to take the chance even though it is such a small chance.......one of my grandsons is a survivor of Lyphoblastic leukemia.......his body has been through hell once........why take a chance......no this viurus doesn't kill a lot of people.......but it sure leaves a lot of people with long term health problems.......our government has done a bad job of informing the public........they are too busy using Wuflu to control the people..It’s not fear if I forget to take it off lol.
But I do work in healthcare. I am exposed on a regular basis so I like taking extra precautions.
If I get, chances are I won’t die from it like most, but I could suffer greatly and suffer long term health complications or pass it on to someone at home who has pre-existing health problems. I’m not exactly a model of a healthy human being like Keyontae Johnson from Florida appeared to be and look what happened to him.
But let’s say I get it and it’s nothing more serious than the flu, like the deniers and conspiracy theorists like to fraudulently like to say. Well I got the flu once, I got it bad, it was hell for two weeks, and I never want to go through that again. It was expensive. I ended up having to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night over it, I missed two weeks of work, and my employer didn’t provide sick leave. So I had a hospital bill to pay of around $1000 (even after health insurance covered some), lost two weeks of pay, and it took around a month for me to be able to confidently say I was back to 100%.
I would agree with this when it comes to the general population, but that's not really what we're dealing with here. We're dealing with guys in a gym or an arena who are playing a close-contact sport, sweating and breathing all over each other while on the floor. From there, it's a chain reaction that makes the masks and the 6ft distancing between bench seats completely pointless. The 5 on 5 guys on the floor are sharing everything. Even if I'm not guarding a particular guy the entire game, someone else on the floor is guarding him. Everyone is sweating and that sweat is transferred back and forth the entire game. I'm breathing their water droplets from their breath the entire time I'm guarding them. These players are going to return to "the bubble," and masks aren't worn in practices, either. So, whatever viruses anyone on the court in a game may have will be shared with every player on both teams. So, if ANYONE on EITHER TEAM has Covid-19, they're all exposed. There is no way to avoid. People are contagious BEFORE they ever show symptoms, and some never show symptoms. If we are this worried about these guys getting Covid, the season should just be shut down. The masks, the 6ft between bench seats (which is the MOST ridiculous thing of all), the coaches wearing masks on sidelines... it is ALL for show, to prevent lawsuits, (edit) to prevent SOCIAL MEDIA BACKLASH, and to make those who live in constant fear FEEL better. "Oh look, the coach is wearing a mask and the players are 6-feet apart!" (except for the time when they're laying on, breathing on, and sweating on each other while on the floor, which will surely all be spread back to both teams' bubbles) "but I feel warm and fuzzy."Well, actually, there kind of is some science behind it. https://www.webmd.com/lung/news/20200826/the-forgotten-science-behind-face-masks
There are loads of articles online. But, the idea isn’t that wearing a mask will 100% guarantee the wearer or anyone they come in contact with won’t get the virus. It’s more about statistics, about making it more difficult for the virus to get where it wants to go, about slowing the transmission as a whole.
No one ever said wearing a mask would save all lives, just that it would help to save some lives. To reduce the overall impact of the virus. Most people would say saving some lives is better than saving no lives. But it only works when everyone is doing it consistently and properly. But when they don’t and people get sick and die, we get people saying ‘see, masks don’t work anyway, there’s no science behind it’.
Why do you think that?
