I see that it is now on ESPN2. I imagine it was a result of the change of venue, but I am surprised CBS allowed this. CBS must have not been able to fulfill their part of the contract?
What happened to CBS carrying Title Game?

It's on CBS if you are in the local market for that team. So if State would have played, Mississippi and Arkansas CBS stations would have shown the title game and the rest of the nation would have seen in it on the Deuce.
