what hurts worse...

I'm going with 6 inches against the Tigers. The football team worked hard and has come a long way not to be rewarded for it.

Basketball was just another typical underachieving season where we have to pull a NCAA bid out of our *** at the end of season.

I voted for UK simply because a championship was on the line. <div>

Today because I haven't cared about football for a decade. I think I've reached that point with basketball now.

is always more important than basketball. If y'all had beaten LSU then there would have been a low level bowl game for your team which is better than any NCAA tournament run. Football is really all that matters in the SEC. The rest is just for show.

A win against #2 Kentucky to claim a championship probably runs just a bit higher than breaking a decade long losing streak to a ranked LSU team, but football's grander weight is just enough to balance the two.

In both cases we played as good as we could and then pulled defeat from the jaws of victory. I`m still in shock.

we came .1 seconds from beating the #2 team in the country which loaded with NBA talent, and the game was basically an away game.
