Hadn't seen you guys play, but if you don't have many turnovers, you should be OK. We were very sloppy turnover and penalty wise and we paid. They very strong on offensive line, good running back. They are improved this yr though
SW...WINS BIG AGAINST ED 42-14. Sw lost to jacksonville a good damn team. But they had kids out first game. Coaches made some adjustments SW will beat ED bad Friday night. Worst than Jacksonville did!!!
ED showed a chink in their armor in their victory over AG. SWO has a great, strong offensive line. I think the Stallions win in a close game 35-28.

SWO wins 35 21. This back we have will open ED up all night. He's a huge game changer, if he played vs JHS IMO would have been a lot closer outcome. Good luck to ED
After talking to some of the Wallace faithful and reading some of yalls comments up here....im getting the sense that yall feel like you beat yourself. Lets hear some scores, maybe it was a fluke we beat Wallace, maybe ED takes us to the woodshed again...so much trashing us preseason and after Jville game, don't hold back now!!

We are a long way, and I mean long way to what I think we can be by the end of season. With that said, I feel we are better than a lot gave us credit for....but ED is the favorite in this game until we prove otherwise. Ive seen film on them, they are very good and we cant make many mistakes or it will be a long night.

Good to see you made it back SWO #1. Bj ran wild for only one quarter!!! The kid is a game changer behind that huge oline. Think SWO wins and shows the state we are back.
A game between two 2-1 teams as the "game of the week in the state"? Don't know that I would go that far but you are in Missouri so I guess I can let it slide.
Have not seen Southwest this year but they seem to be a different team since the acquisition (don't really know what else to call it and be "PC") of the RB. Based on pre season previews, seems the only question SWO had was the RB position. Seems that worked out nicely for them. Great win at Wallace but handling White Oak isn't worth thumping ones chest.
I saw ED play Jacksonville and Richlands and was impressed given how much they had to replace on both sides of the ball. Not sure what happened with Ayden-Grifton as that game was closer than I had thought. Did not see it so cannot really comment on it.

These 2-1 teams are pretty good. In 2A dont see anything better this week. Both have a chance to go deep in playoffs. Me being in Missouri has no bearing on how they play. If you dont come to the game will make one more spot for the crowd that will be there.
Richlands does look better this year but dont think they can play thru the 30+ years of beat downs at the hands of the Stallions. But will probably be the most interesting game in our conference schedule.
I saw Richlands opening game of the season and they did not look very good. White Oak also beat them and they are below average at best IMO. That being said, I fully expect them to do enough in that conference to finish 2nd among 2-A schools and get a decent seed in the playoffs and then get waxed first round. That 1-A, 2-A league has got to be one of the weakest football leagues in the state but one of the strongest in the non revenue sports.

Well you have been off on your predictions all year so you said 2td ED. Based off that SWO by 10
East Duplin played much more competitive with Jacksonville. East Duplin has speed. And Battle Holley is a hall of fame coach in the making. In a humbling statement win ED takes this one 28-14
We had multi starters out week one. We don't even run the same offense as we did in that game. Against WRH with our new offense and starters back played to our potential
You need your meds dude. You going to be at the ED game vs SWO?? If so wear your JK hat so I can see a idiot for my self. SWO is ranked 4th in the polls ED is 7. This game will be a battle smash mouth football, something JK knows nothing about. JK is the laughing stock of your conference with spring creek. SWO is a joke??? SWO would curb stomp JK just like WRH did and will.do again this year. Them drugs in DC are strong now a days
BIG show at the Corral in South West Onslow Friday Night. The Stallions will honor past teams, players and coaches and their 400 th victory which came in the second round of the playoffs last year. Come on down and see the Greats that have worn the Orange and Black. Those previous honorees will enter the field leading the Stallions in their quest for another historic season. Followed by a super Half Time show. Coach Padgett, Wall and of course current Stallion great, Coach Charlie Dempsey (who was a member of the 2000 championship team and I believe was an ALL STATE LINEMAN AND ECU STANDOUT. A host of award winning players also. In addition you will see a GREAT GAME between two of the premier teams in 2A.

Should be a great game between two great teams. Congratulations on the 400 victories for the Stallions! This game is a hard one to call. Stallions are better with the addition of the RB however ED is a hard nosed bunch with a great coaching staff. Will be a close one. The key will be whomever can hold the RB in check. SWO has a decent back now however the kid from ED is a burner also.Should be a classic.

Alright ... the smack talk by posters is done for this one, time for the teams to PUT THE SMACK ON. Real good posts by most. Of course the couple of Numb-NUTS from JK showed their rear ends for the most part. Some pretty far out predictions, me included. But in reality we all know it will probably be a HARD HITTING, CLOSE GAME. May the best team win. A loss by either team is not a deal breaker for this years RUN FOR THE BORDER. Its gonna be a GOODERN !!
