I might have to check that out... looks interesting. Say what you want about Croom, but one thing I've noticed... a lot of his former players, when asked about him (personally or publicly), I've yet to hear any of them talk bad about him. Now, they may allude to him not being a good coach, but they all seemed to have enjoyed his time with them.
