I'm using this map for simplicity's sake (including the Knobs in with the Outer Bluegrass).

Born in the Jackson Purchase, moved to the inner Bluegrass as a child and have lived here since (except for a summer in South Carolina).

Ain't from Kentucky, but very close to the border of the Cumberland Plateaux.

Sounds just like a buddy of mine. He owns homes in NKY and Ft. Myers area but loves Asheville.
We no longer have a home in NKY. We spend about 7 months in the Asheville area and 5 months here in Fort Myers. We still have a farm in Grant county one of my sons lives on

I was born and raised in Louisville. I live here generally, but have a house in Naples where I spend about a week a month and Thanksgiving until about mid-February.

I'm from the Mississippi Plateau but that is way to broad of a region to be bunched together. Pulaski County and Calloway County are from two distinctly different areas.

What's that appendage sticking out of Lincoln County into Casey County? It looks like the Outer Bluegrass is giving it to the Mississippi Plateau.

Also, Winchester and Richmond being left out of the Inner Cir… I mean … Bluegrass is fantastic.

Knox County!

Edit: lived most of my life in Knox County, moved with family to Oldham in the Outer Bluegrass. And now live in Texas.
