From that list it seems Big 12 teams rarely win 12 games anymore without Conference title game and a bowl win.
It has been 12 game seasons since 2006. 11-0 around 16 years ago and win your conference championship then a bowl game would equal 13. Now they can win 15 games max.
The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors and teams that play at Hawaii get a special exemption and are allowed to play a thirteenth regular season game in order to defray travel costs, so an FBS team that plays 13 regular season games can win up to 16 games.
WVU has never won more than 11 games a season in it's history. And they've only done that 5 times.
I think it was1969, not sure, which that they upped the regular seasons to 11 games.
