Worst pop song of all times was "Torn Between Two Lovers". Every time I heard that song, if I was one of the two, I'd solve her problem real fast.
Country: Anything that sounds like a wannabe rock group. The terms "Country and Rock" are mutually exclusive. The worst country songs are those that talk about "rockin" in the lyrics. Country does not rock.

I like most of Elton John's music but the song he did with Kiki Dee, "Dont go breakin my heart" has to be one of the worst songs in the history of recorded music. I could be on here all night listing songs as I feel that 90 % of the music played on commercial radio is pure crap. I am a die hard blues and alternative country fan and that stuff is not played on commercial radio..when I want to hear some good music and I just go to my own music library, where I have been buying/collecting music for over 50 years.

Thought about starting a new thread on this but as far as a band I hate that people with similar musical taste as I do I will say the Beastie Boys. I have never liked a single thing they have done and wouldn't even consider it something to think about (Britney Spears type music) but other people with similar music tastes to me like them.
