We get our hearts broken by basketball at times, but we also get rewards such as the "14" tournament, and all those beat downs last season...

There are so many good memories with UK basketball that I couldn't even count them.

With UK football, it's all heartache with no reward.

Being a die hard UK football fan is the true definition of insanity.
Yeah, I understand. For me, the only standard for bball is a nc. If they don't have a shot at it, I don't follow them. Unlike you, the memories of bball that are most frequent are the losses in big games T western, Jacksonville, ucla, gtown...It was after the gtown game that I got off the wagon. Overall, I generally don't watch bball like I do Football. It's just a matter of taste in sports. I don't recall hardly anything about last year but the loss in the tournament.

I have just accepted the fact I will be angry after watching a UK football game. Use to be in denial that I was just depressed watching this crap. So I think I have been through all stages. Each summer I go to rehab and get better. Then I fall right back into the trap of this addiction that is killing me known as UK Football.
