I know it was Easter but we had a chance to take a series from the #2 ranked team in the country yesterday and we get 1800 people there? You would think after 3 straight losing seasons this team, though not great, would still be enough of an improvement to start generating a little more renewed interest among the fan base.

It took a long time for the program to lose the fans and they're not going to come back quickly. They're going to have to see proof that the product on the field won't be a complete embarrassment like it has been for a long time. While we are improved and have played a killer SEC schedule so far, we've still only won one series so far this year. It's going to take more than that for the fans to come back.

we are still a frustrating team to watch because we just aren't there yet. The effort is being given, but it's going to take more to get the average fan emotially invested in this team again. A postseason appearance and a good recruiting class will allow the excitement to buildgoing into next season. Just like it's taking a while to build the team back up, it's going to take a while to get the seats filled.

It also doesn't help when 10k shows up only to see an 18-0 drubbing. People remember those much longer than a 5-3 win over USC.

Since it's graduation weekend. Also there are so many people who were unable to attend this past weekend.
