Those are TCU fans. I used to live in Fort Worth and go to games and that's their thing. I think it started out as a Ric Flair thing and was originally funny. But the constant "wooo!" is simply annoying. But it's 11:30 and closing in on 5 hours into the game, so, all bets are off.
