Well since they gave it to the 2nd leading rusher in the SEC last year I've pretty much deemed it an irrelevant award.

It's basically the most popular play award.

I don't really care one way or the other whether he wins it or not. What I do want is for Oregon to beat Auburn. I would much rather Cam win the Heisman and then have a horrible game, or really Auburn just lose.

Other than that, he can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.

Cam Newton has not been the media darling that other candidates have been. All of his publicity has been centered around his sale to Auburn. I think deep down inside, most view the Newtons like two turds in the punch bowl.
