What?!

[maroonmadman]

No mention of the full page ad Mike Leach took out in todays C-L sports section? Another missed opportunity to whip the dead horse of how bad the C-L sux. You folks are slacking.

[DesotoCountyDawg]

What’s so bad about it?

[maroonmadman]

Nothing really. It's just every time someone post anything printed in the C-L it turns into a ***** session about how bad the C-L has become, in some folks eyes.

[Dawgg]

At this point, isn’t reporting what’s in the CL akin to coming here and reporting what’s on the Spirit or Nafoom? What does the Daily Mississippian, Red Cup Rebellion, or Ole Hotty Toddy have to say about Leach?

Who the 17 from here still believes in the credibility of the CL?

[paindonthurt_]

I think it has more to do with how little people read the CL.
I sat down at a restaurant the other day and saw a hard copy.
Was very surprised at first.

[patdog]

Well, I would assume no one saw it.

If it makes you feel better it was also posted on the back of the Starkville daily news this morning

[kired]

CL is dead to me

It’s not like the paper did us any favors. It’s an ad that we paid for.

They probably did us the favor of charging us a 10% premium for a late addition.

Exactly. That's the point I'm trying to make but wasn't too clear about to begin with.

Our Media Dept. is absolutely killing it with this hire. I hope the took out an ad in the Daily Mississippian too.
