the way..

Sounds like the MSU locker room is in for a real ground shaker from a professional motivator.*

My second thought would be to make a pass or two before we jack one up. It looks like Tennessee gets to rest while we're on offense.

assistant staff. He needs some new blood with the emphasis on offense. If he can't bring himself to make needed staff changes, then he needs to go and he will have done it to himself. As far as the way he talks, that's nothing new. He's not an english major, nor should that make any difference. We've had some great moments with him at the helm, and he's just a genuine person and a very good defensive minded coarch. Nevertheless, something needs to be done with his staff.

English for starters. Then once in the locker room, I would go Sixpack on their sorry asses.

The fact Stansbury did not figure out he needed some help on his staff 3-4 years ago is an indication of a coach who lacks self-awareness about his weaknesses. That in a nutshell is why he will never be more than what he has been. Hard to improve when you can't see a problem and I can assure you every one of these problems you are now seeing have existed for years. Sort of like Croom not being capable of seeing how inept his offense was for 5 years. Sort of like Polk, after several substandard years in a row, seeing no need for a staff change. Clueless. <div>
</div><div>I will say it again, he managed only a single NCAA appearance in 3 years with Jamont Gordon and Charles Rhodes. </div>

what asst worth their salt is gonna wanna play for a potential lame duck? Knowing, if the season turns bad the whole group will be gone in a house cleaning.

What an idiot for a coach. He might as well said they needed to score more points than Tenn to win the game.
What a clown!

I already said. I don't think he's in any danger of losing his job after this season. It is interesting that I don't recall his name being brought up for any vacancies since he's been at State.

The fact that he does tells you you have a head coach who does not know he doesn't know.
