I loved it when whomever he was calling the game with very clearly enunciated "time" out. Thought it was hilarious

If you consider time the noun (which is admittedly debatable) and out an adjective, then times out is the correct grammar.

He also kept talking about the K-State big man's "injured hand" when he went to the bench late in the game. He very clearly had been hit in the nuts, but Elmore just kept going on about his hand.

DVR replay showed that the guy actually hit himself in the nuts accidentally when Fear the Beard lost the ball out of bounds. It was pretty funny.

I saw that too and was laughing at Elmore. I could have possibly expected a groin or adductor strain, but the last thing on my mind was a hand injury. People tend to hold those up against their chest.
