Actually that was statement and not a question. I'm a dog and saying our trip to Omaha trumps any of the ******** the bears think they have accomplished this year. It still burns their *** up that there are three things they cannot claim fame to: the SEC football championship game, a Final Four and Omaha!
I was about to say....I thought Omaha was better than their accomplishments. After all, our Omaha trip makes us a top 8 team in the country at minimum....meanwhile they didn't finish in the top 15-20 in any sport this year. Especially when you remind them that Recruiting is not a sport.
Pretty obvious that smoking your asses in football and basketball (you know, the money sports), is a little bit better than 2 and BBQ in Omaha at a tournament that no one cares about.

Need I remind you that in our worst year ever in basketball you couldn't sweep the season series with us? Your mother should've swallowed you.
Just because your fan base is starting to not care as much about baseball doesn't mean that the CWS goes unnoticed. Quit trying to make yourself feel better. This isn't the SECRant.
1. You won in football, yes. But, OM had the home field advantage and the home team has only lost once in the last 10 years, so you more held home field than anything. Plus your students stormed the field so the Egg Bowl clearly meant something to you.
2. In our worst basketball season in school history and one of your best in school history, the series was even at 1-1. For you to even brag about basketball over us is laughable.
3. The baseball series was tied 2-2 with 3 of the games in Oxford and the other in Pearl.
4. If nobody cares about getting to the CWS, why does your entire fan base hate Bianco for not getting there.

I stand corrected but you know that was the "meaningless" Mayor's Cup or Guv Cup or whatever it's called which is not important to the Bears. Right on cue, Cooter shows us just how bad this stings. If you were to ask any OM fan I would bet they would swap places with us right now.
Also, they a literally the ONLY school in the SEC who hasn't won a regular season conference championship in basketball. Never. The ONLY DAMN SCHOOL.

A NYD Bowl, split in basketball, won the Governor's Cup- if you don't think they care about winning that game, you are seriously mistaken or you are a troll and trying to make yourself feel better, and going 2-2 with a trip to Omaha.
Vs.
The Egg Bowl with a crappy bowl win, a trip to the NCAA's with a SEC Tournament Title, and then finishing third in a regional with a good recruiting class in football.
I think either one of us would have to take the NYD bowl. The recruiting class- who knows how that is going to turn out? Basketball- give you the edge. Give us the edge in baseball. Losing a baseball series in Oxford- meh. We got the Governor's Cup, hosted a regional, and now going to Omaha.
