And Urban thought well enough of him to bring him from BG to Utah and then Florida. You wonder what went on there. But Mullen knows him just as well as Meyer, so you have to think they get along just fine. I'm guessing Meyer was unhappy with the OL's performance, brought in a superior coach (now OC) but thought enough of Hevesy to keep him.
If he had never been OL coach, and merely the Asst OL coach his entire tenure at UF, no one here would've batted an eye. I think he's about as good as we can expect at this point.
