Blinding, sideways snow now. Closing in on 6". 24 degrees. Winds N at about 15, gusting to 25. Sounds like Green Bay Packer football weather!
I'm just guessing because I haven't seen anything official, 7"+, wind 15 mph, 22°, feels like 10°.

Guessing between 7" and 8". Sleet off and on during the night. Snow only since sun-up. Started out as a fine crystalline snow at first but has transitioned to a more "normal" snowflake. It has been moderate to heavy all morning.
Winds probably steady at 10 to 15 mph, with and occasional gust to 30.

Do you think if I cover them with a bucket, it's too early to set out my tomato plants?
