After re-watching '90s The Simpson recently, I'm adding it to my list.
The Simpsons, the first ten seasons. I'm hardly objective because I watched The Simpsons weekly from their onset until around 2000, but every joke lands for me. Plus watching the show instantly transports me back to the '90s.
Star Trek: The Next Generation. TOS and TNG are peak Star Trek, with DS9 closing it all out nicely with a slightly different take on the formula.
Law & Order, the first fourteen seasons. For me, Jerry Orbach's departure marks a pretty steep decline in the show's quality, as it becomes a lot more character-driven than plot-driven, which devolves it from a complex, semi-realistic procedural crime show into just another standard, cliched TV cop drama.
Breaking Bad. An over-the-top, live-action version of the old anti-crime titles from the Golden Age of Comics. Kept me glued to the screen weekly.
