They need a 14 point jump in APR numbers. OM made an 18 point jump this year, but JSU was staring down penalties last year and still only pulled a 7 point jump. Will they be able to double that for next year?

The NCAA knows that they don't want any part of the litigation that would come if they tried to kick anybody out, and they sure don't want any of the shitstorm that would come up if they tried to kick a HBCU out. Not to mention the effect on the other schools (like us) that would suddenly lose a game on their schedule. This was a very poorly written rule and they'll have to either keep giving waivers like they already have, or change the rule. The can't just kickJSU out.
