CPS police themselves my friend. They decide if a school has a multiplier or not. IHSA do not get involved with CPS schools.

They don't get involved because they like everyone else in Chicago (Rahm) are afraid the Teachers Union will get involved and strong arm them.

Only thing that kept Hales from winning a state title that year IMO.
