What's the word on Deville? Will he play Saturday?

A lot of people ***** about him being out of control, and some of that is definitely warranted, but he is the best option we have when trying to rest Bost.I also think that his fast and loose style is difficult for the opponent to quickly adjust to when he comes in because we very often walk the ball up the court with Bost.

We need him badly. Our best defensive lineup is when he can come in and guard the point.

That though he is out of control at times, he is our best option at scoring when we face the press. It would have been really nice to have him versus Florida because he can actually push the ball past defenders for easy baskets. Instead, we'd break the press and just wait at halfcourt until everyone got back. We never made them pay for pressing us.

Marcello said that from what he has heard, if he had to guess, Deville wouldn't be back this year. But Marcello's prediction doesn't mean that will happen. As bad as we looked against Florida, I think Deville would have had a field day in that type of game, against those type of players. He would have been able to just cut loose and do what he does best. It would have been a totally different ballgame with him. I want him back but they have to figure out what is wrong with him. This is serious business.
