01- Fla, 52-0 Long ride home in the very back of an Expedition. Aub, 16-13 heartbreaker
02- Oregon, went a long way for nothing
03- went to every game that year, why? Tulane, thank God I was in NOLA. Houston, Curly was in the hotel bar at 3 in the morning and I thought, we don't stand a chance. Auburn, Cadillac ran for 6 touchdowns, first game I ever left at halftime.
04- LSU, Vandy, Ole Miss. After Vandy game I had a Vandy fan talking trash to me, all I could do was walk away, he was right.
06-LSU, another beatdown
07- WVU, Another one of those went a long way for nothing
08- Of course the Ole Miss beat down, at least it got rid of Croom

Of those 03 Tulane might be the worst, or Houston, or Oregon. Damn I've seen some ****** away games....they're all bad.

In the first quarter Dixon made a 70 something yard run to get us to the 4 or 5 yard line. 2 plays later, Croom decides to decline a penalty that would have made it 2nd and goal from the 2, and takes his chances with 3rd and goal from the 1. (This was the height of my Croom hatred) Stuffed on third down, field goal blocked on fourth. GT then continued to dismantle us.

The ridicule from nerds, the "A-C-C" chant, and the series mentioned above made it almost unbearable.

So it wasn't all bad. I did thank Robert Elliot the next year for scoring in that game, so there was at least something to cheer for.

back when Derrick Taite was our QB. It was COLD and one of the worst football games I have ever seen. Both teams tried to out sorry eachother and neither one could do it.

Ok, I will say more. We went out to five points or whatever the hell that little bar area they have is called and some punk shattered my window of my jeep and stole my backpack (thats it - which means he took a lot of my books and one of those expensive TI-80whatever calculators). Couldnt get the window repaired in time for the game the next day, went to the game, left angry and drove all the way back to Starkville without a window....in the rain for part of the drive. I got my fill of Columbia.

They've got the traffic & parking game management of a high school football venue. Imagine driving from Columbus to Starkville for a game. You leave Columbus to arrive in Starkville 2 hrs before gametime.

But then the traffic is gridlocked a mile before Hwy 82 turns off on to Hwy 182. An hour later you're within a half mile of campus. An hour later you finally get your vehicle inside the campus and there's no parking left. Anywhere. You finally decide to turn off the car where it sits and walk the rest of the way in like everybody else.

And then you get to your seat at the clock hits 0:00 to end the 1st quarter.

Seriously...it was almost as bad as the cluster17 of Jackson, MS hosting an NFL preseason game.

Come in undefeated, ranked in the Top 10, and lose due to a phantom holding call on Pig's punt return.

Others deserving mention: '08 GA Tech & Mississippi.

We didn't show up and lost to a crappy LSU team 41-6 or something like that.

I was in the band, and I got mooned, cursed at, flipped off, and whatever else you can think of.

I was pretty pissed at Jackie for that performance. That was one of his annual unexplainable blowout losses that seemed to happen every year that I really don't miss.

59-21...maybe not the worst I've been to, but an honorable mention none the least. I think Turner set some sort of kick-off return yardage record that day...agglomerate, not average.

When they changed formations to block that punt, I cringed and knew it would not end up well whenever we snapped the ball. I don't think our special teams even saw them do anything.

Homey wasthere at GT game. Croom needed the sockfor not taking the penalty. That is when I gave up on him for good.We left early for first time everfrom a MSU football game. Never before or after have we left early from a game and dat includes Maine. Then we got lost looking for da varoom on other side of campus from bogus directions. We got out dat towns fast.

At Vandy in Crooms first or second year. Kyle York was our QB and we SUCKED. It was embarrassing. We ended up leaving early and getting heckled by Vandy fans felt like dirt. I didn't even say anything back. Even VANDY kicked our ***.

I had been living in Columbia for about a year already. Carolina sucked the previous year so I had been talking a little smack a low and behold the 2nd string QB comes and in and throws a perfect fade on 4th and 11.

We haven't beaten Carolina since I moved here.

Either '01 Florida - Where Korey Banks challenged the entire Florida team to a pissing match before the game.

- OR -

'97 Georgia... I'm too lazy to look up the stats or the score, but I would be surprised if we had 100 yards of offense.

After being up all night trying to bail a buddy out of jail for public drunk, we drove to the stadium, tired and hungover. Watch Ricky Williams beat the **** out of us. Limped back to the car which had the back window busted out and everything stolen out of it.

I know I was supposed to be happy we had made the cotton bowl but it was a miserable experience all around.

It ruined the rest of the season, and every Bulldawg fans face I saw knew the rest of season would be torture. I would like to think Jamar Chaney not going down for the season in that game might have saved that game, but I'm not sure I believe it would have. We got outclassed by a WAC team. It really wasn't as close as an 8 point loss in my opinion. Should have lost by another touchdown.

I think it was '92 @ OM when we had 7 chances inside the 10 and didn't score - plus it was sleeting.

99 Bama and the non - call

SC around 2000 and the 4th down fade pattern for the last play of the game by the backup QB. We had it won and then gave it away.

Obviously, from a different perspective here, but I went to Tuscaloosa in 1996 when we were on probation. I believe we lost 37-0 or something like that and the game really wasn't that close. I went to Tuscaloosa in 2002 as well when Eli was playing, and we lost 42-7. I'm never going back to Tuscaloosa for an Ole Miss game....ever.

Not my story, but my parents said they went to see us play Auburn on the Plains in the early 80s, and Auburn was beating us so bad that Bo Jackson actually fell asleep on the sidelines sometime in the second half.

Tie: Cotton Bowl and '04 Ole Miss.

Cotton Bowl, what can I say. Fog, traffic, the delapidated old stadium that should have been torn down 50 years ago, Ricky Williams, the fat obnoxious Texas sidewalk alum behind us who chanted "Riiiickyyy... we love you" the entire game. A truly miserable experience.

'04 Ole Miss. Cold, miserable, and the highlight was when I was leaving (middle of the 3rd) the Bear fan behind me taps me on the shoulder and says that he's impressed with our new coach and that he thought that Crxxms would do great things for us. I knew then we were in trouble if a Bear fan liked our coach. Resolved then and there to never set foot in Oxford again.

Nothing like shelling out airfare, rental car and motel to getembarrassed by a PAC-10 team. Also finding out in the SLC airport that the Michelin Man won't be starting at QB. To top it all off, we were surrounded by a bunch of granola, greenpeace, tree-hugging lib-tards. Oregon was pretty though. 2nd choice was @GT. Absolutely pathetic. The team didn't even show up or have any answer at all for the wishbone. Totally unprepared. Honorable mention for LSU 2008 (expected to lose, just not that bad) and Cotton Bowl in the cold rain.

45-0, it was ugly, we got croomed. I think I had one play that I got to stand up and cheer, the entire game.I cheered loudly the next day, when we made a change.
