Outside of the Rose Bowl, he has done absolutely nothing to deserve to be mentioned in the Heisman race. He's got talent, but he should still have to prove it on the field before being a Heisman consideration.

the big 10/12 is good enough this year so that if Ohio State can get out of the conference with no more than one loss, they will likely be in the NC game. the rationale i've heard is that if the running production, and throwing production are up to what he is capableof, he is a legitimate candidate. but look across the country, its a pretty egalitarian field where you have to give a successful QB on a winning team a chance.
