When do tickets come in?

I didn't get mine until this week (Monday). I'd give it until beginning of next week. If you don't have anything by then, give them a call.
was late Aug and I had not seen mine. I called and they said they had no record of ever receiving an order or payment. They had tickets left but were nowhere near as good as the ones I had in the past. I sent payment again and took them anyway. In Oct the ticket office called and asked me if I had ordered more tickets and I told them no. They had just received my original order, the good ole USPS had my ticket order wandering around who knows where from May-Oct. To their credit, the ticket office made good the next year and got me back near my original ones.
Iusually get my tickets on or about my birthday (Aug. 12) and was somewhat concerned as they have not arrived yet. More ticket orders are going out through this week and all orders should besent outby next Mon. I was told since our first 2 games are away games those orders were filled first. She did not look up my specific order but my Dogtag account say I have 4 season tickets and a parking pass confirmed and paid for. Hope this info helps.
Just to make you a little nervous though last year they did manage to 17 up my parking pass and I didn't get one. This year I have been moved from Lot 11 - where I've been parking for about 10 yrs - to Lot 36. I'm still kinda pissed about this. I guess their not used to dealing with such a high demand for their services.
