When do you realize announcer never played a sport?

Bridges has awesome dunk, and he's saying "well when you're down by 19....." It was a nice play, the player tapped his head, he celebrated with some emotion........why didn't the announcer go off on the Texas players celebrating for their turnovers forced while up 19 points? Nope.
F**K this crew. Texas player jumps in to the WVU player at the end of the shot clock, and they get the call.
