When does a team cease to be young, Rebel fans?

Last 3 years, I've heard the excuse, "we're young". There's no way to be young for 3 consecutive (ahem, losing years), unless the attrition rate is off the chain. Then you've a bigger problem.

I think their attrition has been pretty well documented.....

So, I'm not sure what your point is here. They are definitely young, and it is definitely due to attrition.

I actually am impressed with what Freeze has done SO FAR. But it's a small sample size. Their talent is what got them killed last night, not coaching.
