When does the "P5 Scheduling mandate" start?

2016? Anybody have an idea of what kickoff classic we'll be in for the first few years? New kickoff at JSU's new dome??**

Starts in 2016. We're good for 2018-2022 with K-State, NC State and Arizona. My guess is we wind up with a home-and-home for 2016-2017 or get a waiver from the SEC for 2016 and do a kickoff classic for 2017.
