SCOTUS said Brown vs. Board of Education was Constitutional as well.
Ok. You know that Brown found segregation UNCONSTITUTIONAL and Plessy found segregation constitutional, right?

Then overturned. No ACTUALLY Plessy outlined that SEPERATE BUT EQUAL was constitutional. Neither were true.
I do know they would not be against a medical procedure to save a mother's life. You do know what a tubal pregnancy is, right?

The decision to either save the mother's life or the baby's life is a family decision. The decision to kill a baby in the womb where no risk to the life of the mother is at stake is what we are talking about. Nice try.

Unless of course people believe it is a federal civil rights issue and bring civil action in federal court to obtain federal civil rights....like women's right to vote, blacks' right to vote, etc.
