Can't you see a back log of federal cases leading to a waste of even more government money in the future? This plan (as if it's really a plan) is very short sighted.

It's not a plan, Trump and crew are just incapable of running the gov't that they've been put in charge of. I guess it's a plan to have no ambassador to Great Britain right now, for example. Many key vacancies going unnominated, unfilled.

It was obvious from the beginning he had no clue what these departments really did.

I'm positive there will be a backlog.

I'm guessing, he has some stuff that he wants pushed through and he isn't going to move on some of the other stuff like this specific thing until his immediate desires are fulfilled. Will it cause a problem? Yes. I hope it's strategy and not incompetence. Either could be the case though.
