I could see him going to one of the better teams in the league as a late first rounder. The teams that are already pretty good are generally more apt to take on a project like Varnado since they won't need him to start immediately. I think he would fit in well with both the Lakers and the Celtics. I also think Utah would be a good fit for Jarvis since Jerry Sloan is so big on defense.

I havent seen him mentioned as a 1st rounder for awhile now on any mock draft, but who knows at times with those.
Ill say he is drafted 39th +- 2 spots.
He just isnt talked about much and when he is discussed, all anyone mentions is his rail thin frame, he is a shotblocker, and has limited offense.
Just doesnt scream 1st round to me when applied to a 4 year college player.
The NBA draft is a total mind17.
Terrible players go high, mediocre players go high, accomplished players go medium or low. Yeah i get that its all based on potential, but i would have a tough time drafting Orton in the lottery. Or drafting Stephenson in the 1st round.
Yet both are currently looking to be in those spots.
