I would agree. Maybe behind Florida too if Driskel can ever match what's he supposed to be.

I would put the top 6 teams of the West (that's excluding Arkansas) against any of the East

There is a huge cliff in the East. Missouri, South Carolina, Georgia all have playoff potential, and I wouldn't be surprised if the other 4 missed bowls altogether.
