I was leaving my house on my way to work when I saw the initial news report. The channel I was watching said they believed it was a small plane. As I walked into my office at Salomon Smith Barney, turned my tv on and immediately saw the second plane hit. I couldn’t believe what I had seen. Once the towers feel I began reflecting, as I had trained in World Trade Center for two weeks soon after passing my security exams, which was in March 2000. I remembered the sheer size of the buildings and the elevators. Being from Mississippi, it was the first time I had seen an elevator bank that went from floors 50 and up. I don’t recall what floor I was in because I was in a bullpen making cold calls with not much of a view. The poor souls and what they all endured albeit dead or survivors.
