I'm hoping the committee still has us in the top four..
Yea I forgot about that.. We could just drop to 3 then.
This shows you don't have a clue what the committee is doing. They're picking the top 4 teams. Not the top teams from 4 conferences. There's a BIG difference. They (the committee) desperately need OSU in our place.

4th is the safe bet. But don't rule out 3rd.
Oregon was ahead of FSU last week and our resume is on par with or better than UO's even after a loss.
The Noles didn't do anything to improve their stock and continue to unimpress everyone. We may be ahead of them.
Auburn, lsu, and aTm really hurt us losing yesterday
Not so sure...
If you go by ap rankings, Oregon has beat #10 Michigan st, #11 ucla, and #20 Utah. We've beat #16 auburn.

I would love for Auburn to play Michigan State, LSU to play UCLA, and for A&M to play Utah. The entire thing is garbage.
The committee has to take into account the way the SEC has cannibalized itself (this year especially). You cannot play a bad game and survive against an average SEC opponent. Ohio State's loss to a horrible virginia tech team should come back to haunt them even if they win their conference.
And isn't he here a chance Wisconsin goes to the big 10 championship game? After losing to a middle of the pack sec team.
we'll be 5th or 6th.
There were a few columnists who almost seemed gleeful that we lost and who were apparently looking for any reason to move us down. As others have mentioned, Auburn, A&M and LSU all losing certainly didn't help matters but those three losing also gives people a chance to rail on our non-conference schedule.
For what that's worth. Would love that scenario.
