I think for football the best logo to use would be the Bulldog-behind-the-M-banner. The M-banner just isn't prominent enough for a helmet.

was used during 1996-2003. It's called that because the S in the middle cuts of the U giving it the appaerance of a J. Hence it's called MSJ.

The bulldog behind the MState banner is my favorite. Might I also say I've never understood the obsession a lot of State fans have with the baseball logo, and this may just be because I'm not a baseball guy. There seems to be alot of people who don't reallyhave a preference, and then a **** ton of people who have a total hard-on for nothing but the baseball logo. I just don't get it.

The baseball logo is still the one logo that is ours, ours only, and has been ours for a LONG time. Much like OU, ND, NC, and other two letter logos, I think it should be OUR logo.

A 17'n MEN on the only logos in history that aren't embarrassing are the MSU nike and the baseball logo......

I like the baseball logo, for baseball only. Current M State logo for all others. If forced to consolidate (which I don't think will ever happen) then the M State logo it is.

If we were to go to a MS interlocking similar to the baseball then it needs to be updated with thicker font.

Agree on the baseball logo. It looks outstanding on the helmets. I noticed all year how hard it was to read the current logo on the helmets

That pic of it on a football helmet makes me think D2 school or even junior college.

My favorite is the Nike MSU but the current set of logos is growing on me. I said this in another thread, but I wouldn't even mind seeing the logo of the Bulldog humping the MState on a helmet. Might be a nice alternative.

I have always thought that the baseball logo looks bush league. I wish we would let it go for good, and use the M-State logo on the baseball uniforms.
