I've heard they exist, but haven't seen any specifically named.
Pretty sure LoCo stays crazy, but where else?

Fairfax Co has some "split feeders". For example Franklin Middle School sends students to both Chantilly and Oakton.

All over Fairfax County, for example…
  • Kilmer and Thoreau MS feed George C Marshall HS
  • Parts of Thoreau, Kilmer, and Jackson MS feed James Madison HS
Also, gets squirrelly with AP vs IB courses and academy programs on top of that. Boundary maps are on the FCPS website if you’re so inclined

Carl Sandburg MS sends some of their kids to Mount Vernon as well as their main feeder West Potomac

This is an endless list. Generally, the larger the school division, the greater the chance that there’s not a 1:1 feeder situation. For class 6, it’s the norm, not the exception.

I think most of the middle schools in Henrico split feed into two or three high schools. Chesterfield is the same way although Chesterfield does not offer middle school football
