On the long QB run TD.. why did Iggy come up so "hot".. so fast.. it was as if he predicted a QB run to teh sideline and just wanted to intercept with a hard shoulder tackle.. he is likely faster than the QB.. it was unnecessary to come in so hot and out of control. On the same play, we saw players jogging watching the play rather than swarming.
It was sad. make better choices. The whiffs are largely caused by being out of position. But there were a couple caused by obvious holds by UCLA that should have been called. Defender could only stick out an arm and not get his body where it should be... refs did us dirty a few times but we did not play well enough to win either.
